Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of activation.
• You must give our support team a reasonable opportunity to fix any issue (server change, channel replacement, etc.) before requesting a refund.
• Trial users (free 24-hour trial) are not subject to this policy as no payment has been made.
